This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which CHINTAMANIKRUPA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Pentasynth ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), processes refunds and cancellations for our digital services, software subscriptions, and IT services.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
2. Scope

3. Subscription Services
3.1 Free Trial Period
Where applicable, we may offer free trial periods for our subscription services. During the trial period:
- You can cancel at any time without charge
- No refund is applicable as no payment is made
- Upon trial expiry, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless cancelled
3.2 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of your paid period
- Partial month refunds are generally not provided
3.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Cancellation requests made within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund
- After 14 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided for the remaining period
- You will retain access until the end of your annual subscription period
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the proportionate amount for the period used
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If our service is completely inaccessible or non-functional due to issues on our end, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days)
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service
- Wrong Plan: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and request a change within 48 hours of purchase
- Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a service before the end of your subscription period
- 14-Day Cooling Period: For annual subscriptions, if you request cancellation within 14 days of initial purchase and have not substantially used the service
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally NOT provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
- Issues caused by your own technical environment, internet connection, or incompatible systems
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination
- Services already delivered or substantially consumed
- Customized or bespoke software development work that has commenced
- Consulting services that have been rendered
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf
5. Professional Services and Consulting
5.1 Project-Based Services
For custom development, consulting, or project-based services:
- Cancellation terms are governed by the specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW)
- If no specific terms exist, the following applies:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus any third-party costs incurred
- Cancellation after work begins: Payment for work completed plus reasonable costs
- Milestone-based projects: No refund for completed milestones
5.2 Retainer Agreements
For retainer-based services, refunds are not applicable for the current month. You may cancel with 30 days written notice, and no charges will be made for subsequent months after the notice period.

To cancel your subscription or service:
- Log in to your account and navigate to subscription settings (if applicable)

- Include your account details, subscription ID, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
6.2 Cancellation Confirmation
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email detailing:

7. Refund Process

8. Payment Gateway Transactions

- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction
- Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original transaction
- Any disputes regarding payment processing should be raised with the respective payment gateway as well
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Ineligibility for future services
- Collection of outstanding amounts plus administrative fees
